Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Fridays or during weekends will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Methods & Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
  • International Shipping: 7-14 business days
  • White Glove Delivery: Available for large items (additional charges apply)

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: $6.95
  • Free Standard Shipping: On orders over $100
  • Express Shipping: $14.95
  • International Shipping: Calculated at checkout
  • White Glove Service: Starting at $49.95

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

Special Handling
All ceramic items are carefully packaged with:

  • Double-walled cardboard boxes
  • Bubble wrap cushioning
  • Custom foam inserts for fragile items
  • “Fragile” labeling

Delivery Issues

Failed Delivery Attempts
If you’re not available for delivery:

  • Carrier will leave a delivery attempt notice
  • Package will be held at local facility for 5 business days
  • Second attempt may be available (carrier dependent)

Damaged Packages
In case of visible damage:

  • Refuse delivery or note damage on receipt

  • Provide photos of damaged package and contents

Address Changes
To modify your shipping address:

  • Changes only possible before order ships
  • $5 fee may apply for address corrections after shipment
